3-year CourseIntensive Courses for BA Degree

This department trains professional construction engineers who will serve in the areas of developing
project plans, survey grafting the most advanced IT technologies, software-based design, construction of
mechanical and automated equipment, and smart repair and maintenance for key infrastructure facilities
consisting cities, such as road, tunnel, subway, railway, bridge, environmental facilities, airport,
water service facilities, river, harbor, construction of industrial complex and plants.

Department of Architecture

This department adopted substantial three-year courses and 3+1 year bachelor degree course in 2002 to
operate architecture engineering courses for training professional architects based on the Christian spirit.
Most of all, it exerts to foster professional architects with competitiveness based on its objective for
industry-academia united education as well as character education. Based on the ideals for founding of the
school. It aims to foster talents equipped with architectural technological and artistic thinking by reflecting
design, on-hand customer-oriented specialized courses on its curricula in the rapidly changing 21st
century, including BIM design and eco-friendly design.

Department of Interior Architecture

3-year Course

Being a part of the best industry-academia united junior college in Seoul region, this department fosters
smart technology-based highly skilled cooperative designers equipped with creativity and application
competency. This department also trains experts for planning and executing industry-academia united
interior architectural design, equipped with practical design application skills required at businesses by
providing practice-oriented specialized education on interior architectural design.

Department of Smart Construction and Disaster Management

  • Technical education enabling the enhanced safety of facilities against meteorological disaster caused by
    climate change through prediction and control of superannuated infrastructure facilities.
  • Future-oriented practical engineering education enabling the reasonable management and operation,
    repair and maintenance, and enhancement facilities, and optimization of their depreciation by applying
    technologies for preventing disasters and preventive repair and maintenance.
  • Digital twin education for constructing smart cities utilizing such advanced technologies as IT, AI, BIM,
    IoT and drones.
